By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using Diffmode, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Diffmode.
2. Service Description
Diffmode is a growth strategy product that cross-references a proprietary database of documented growth mechanisms against your business inputs to generate analysis, tactics, and implementation guidance.
- We may offer free previews, diagnostics, or lightweight outputs
- We may also offer paid credits, paid unlocks, paid reports, or other one-time purchases as described on the site or at checkout
3. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
Diffmode uses artificial intelligence to generate portions of its output. By using the service, you understand and agree that:
- Output is strategic analysis, not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or other professional advice
- No business result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on execution, timing, market conditions, and factors outside Diffmode's control
- The usefulness of output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data you submit
- You remain responsible for evaluating recommendations before acting on them
4. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
- You may not share your account credentials or impersonate another person
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account

5. Payment Terms
- Paid features, credits, reports, or unlocks are charged as described on the site or at checkout
- Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time and not subscriptions
- Payments are processed by Stripe

- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees
6. Refunds & Guarantees
Diffmode may offer refund or quality guarantees for qualifying paid outputs. If a guarantee is shown on the site, pricing page, or checkout flow, that guarantee governs the applicable purchase.
If you believe a paid output is materially generic, unusable, or does not satisfy an express guarantee, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Refund and redo requests are reviewed manually
- We may deny refunds where inputs were incomplete, misleading, abusive, or clearly outside the intended use of the service
- Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law
7. Intellectual Property
Diffmode's IP: the growth mechanism database, synthesis logic, prompts, interfaces, and branding are owned by Agentic Builders Ventures and protected by intellectual property law.
Your IP: you retain ownership of the information you submit to Diffmode.
License to use your inputs: you grant Diffmode a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs to operate the service, generate outputs, provide support, and improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract proprietary databases or prompts
- Use the service to violate law or infringe another party's rights
- Abuse free previews, refund workflows, or account creation flows
- Interfere with the security or availability of Diffmode
- Resell Diffmode as a white-label or bureau service without our written permission
9. Limitation of Liability
Diffmode is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diffmode's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Diffmode for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentic Builders Ventures, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Diffmode, your submitted content, your implementation of recommendations, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Diffmode at any time. We may also change features, pricing, deliverables, and limits. If a material change affects an existing paid purchase, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice.
12. Termination
- By you: you can stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]
- By Diffmode: we may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or security risk
- Post-termination: certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
15. Miscellaneous
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Diffmode regarding the service
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later
